The British automaker Rolls-Royce has updated its iconic Spirit of Ecstasy emblem especially to the debut of the brand’s first Specter electric car. The Spirit of Ecstasy is one of the most recognizable figures in the automotive world. The mascot was designed in 1911 by the British artist Charles Sykes.

After that, it has changed its size and shape, and significant changes happened in the periods 1934-1939 and 1946-1956. Ahead of its first electric vehicle, the Rolls-Royce Specter, the company has redesigned the distinctive sign. The new figurine is smaller and more aerodynamic and will decorate all future models of the company too.

The height of the item is 8.28 centimeters now. It corresponds to the new Specter’s maximum drag coefficient of 0.26. If you take a closer look, you will notice that the pose of the “Spirit of Ecstasy” has become a little different. Now it is more dynamic, having one leg forward and a toned body, like a “true goddess of speed.”
