Tyson Fury has confirmed that he retired from boxing after the fight with Dillian Whyte. His words were aired on the show Piers Morgan Uncensored on YouTube.

The 33-year-old heavyweight said he would not return to the ring for any money. The British boxer also added that he is giving up boxing for the sake of his wife.

The boxer hinted at retirement after defeating Whyte, which allowed him to retain the World Boxing Council heavyweight title. Tyson looked excellent in the fight, moving at an enviable speed.

Fury won 32 victories and did not suffer a single defeat in his career. However, one duel with his participation ended in a draw. In addition, the athlete has practically no serious injuries.

From a sporting point of view, his retirement is absolutely illogical. He is only 33 years old- an age when many heavyweights are considered beginners. If Fury trains properly, he could very well fight at 40.
